Greg Meyer — Co-Owner, Psilosovereign
Greg Meyer is a United States Army veteran whose path toward natural medicine began long before Psilosovereign came into being. After completing his service, Greg stepped into a different kind of journey — one rooted in healing, clarity, and rediscovered purpose. It was through sacred mushrooms that he found the grounding and direction he had been missing, and that experience became the foundation of the work he is committed to today.
For more than 12 years, Greg has immersed himself in the study and practice of mushroom cultivation. What started as personal healing grew into a disciplined craft: refining genetics, developing complete cultivation procedures, and learning to manage the environmental systems necessary to produce safe, reliable, and consistent medicine. His approach blends scientific discipline with spiritual understanding, always guided by respect for the mushroom and the communities it supports.
As a co-owner of Psilosovereign, Greg contributes both knowledge and humility to a team built on unity, integrity, and shared purpose. Together, they oversee the full spectrum of cultivation operations — from laboratory techniques to environmental management — ensuring that every step aligns with their collective commitment to safety, quality, and reverence for the sacrament.
Greg is also an educator and advocate, teaching responsible use, intention setting, and the deeper relational aspects of working with natural medicines. Whether collaborating with facilitators, supporting wellness centers, or engaging with community members, his guidance is grounded in lived experience rather than theory.

Tanasi — Co-Owner, Psilosovereign
Tanasi (Orry) Holmes — a veteran cultivator, educator, and founder whose life’s work has been shaped by over 12 years studying and honoring natural medicines. Before stepping into this path, Tanasi served in the 82nd Airborne Division, A Co. 2/504th Parachute Infantry Regiment from 2006–2009, an experience that forged the discipline, resilience, and purpose he carries into this work today.
After leaving the military, Tanasi began searching for something deeper than what conventional systems could offer. That search led him to the world of sacred mushrooms, cacti, and natural plant medicines. Through cultivating, studying, and working with these tools, he found the healing, direction, and connection he had been missing — and that transformation became the foundation of his mission.
Today, Tanasi dedicates his life to the science, spirit, and safe practice of natural medicines. He has spent more than a decade refining genetics, teaching responsible cultivation, and sharing the lessons these medicines offer. His work blends laboratory precision with spiritual understanding, always emphasizing harm reduction, respect, and intention.
As one of the founders of PsiloSovereign, Tanasi joins a team with the values born from service — integrity, honesty, and commitment to something greater than himself.
His goal is simple: to guide others with real knowledge, real experience, and real respect for the sacrament.
Through education, cultivation, and mentorship, he helps facilitators, healing centers, and cultivators understand not just how to work with natural medicines — but how to honor them the right way.
For Tanasi, this a calling, a continuation of service, and a way to bring healing to others the same way it once brought healing to him.
